Meek Mill Talks The Need For Criminal Justice Reform On “Ellen”

Meek Mill recently sat down with Ellen Degeneres on her daytime show airing Wednesday (Nov. 28), and he spoke about his five-and-a-half-month prison stint earlier this year.

Meek explained how he has been on probation since he was 19, and talked about the necessary activism for criminal justice reform in America.

“A lot of these things don’t make sense and everybody knows they don’t make sense but nobody focuses on changing the system,” Meek said.

Check out the interview clip above.

Meek Mill is currently on a promotional tour for his comeback album Championships, which is slated for release this Friday.

Who’s excited for it?
