Second Defendant in ‘Junior’ Guzman Trial Set to Have Charges Dismissed With Plea Deal

A year ago, a 15 year old teen was killed by members of a gang outside of a bodega in the Bronx.

They killed him with a machete and knives.

The story went national and the community was outraged.

The trial in the death of Junior Guzman has begun in New York.

One of the defendants who originally fled to the Dominican Republic after the crime is facing the possibility of having all charges dropped AND his record wiped clean as long as he testifies truthfully.

Is that a fair plea deal?
